Power and equality
God has all power. Although He has delivered something of His power to men, it is good to remember that He is Lord of lords and King of kings. The humilities set by God are blessings for us. The rebellions against these humilities have brought curses to the relationships between people. Mankind pronounces its rebellion against the Almighty God in the name of democracy. Jesus Christ is for us the way to the humility. The unearned increase in value is expecting for the followers of Jesus.
Equality and humility
It is constantly spoken about equality, as if it would be more valuable than humility. It is humility to listen and obey instructions from God or a man. Equality is pride which demands to listen and obey everyone equally. To submit to God is the source of all valuable things. On the other hand all worthlessness comes from submitting to evil.
A wife's submitting to her husband, a child's obedience to his parents, an employee 's loyalty to his employer and a citizen's subjection to his government create the human relations, where all feel worthy, if they only stay in their own place. The great wisdom is in these words of Jesus: "For whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted." Matth.23:12
Although you are free to be your own lord, if you humble yourself under God you will be exalted by Him. "Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that He may lift you up in due time." 2Pet.5:6 Equality is a matter of judgement. When people try to exalt themselves in the name of equality, it leads to equal worthlessness.
The feminists are fighting for the equality of women. They have untruthfully considered man's part more valuable than woman's. Therefore they have decided to lift up the women's part to the same level with men's. God considers both women and men equal, and He has proved this when Jesus died on the cross for men and women. Many women don't appreciate this love of God, but they want to do men's work and use the power that belongs to men only. That's why many women have left their valuable part as a woman and a mother, so losing the rich life, which God has prepared for them.
God has created woman to be submitted to her husband. "For man did not come from woman, but woman from man; neither was man created for woman, but woman for man." 1Cor.11:8-9 Husband is the leader of a family and the wife must be submitted to him by supporting and helping aims of her husband. There is a good wife behind a successful man.
After creating the man God said: "It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him." 1Gen.2:18 Then God created many animals and brought them to Adam: "So the man gave names to all the livestock, the birds of the air and all the beasts of the field. But for Adam no suitable helper was found." 1Gen.2:20
Pets were not enough company for Adam. Maybe a dog was the best fried of the man before the creating of Eve. God blessed the couple and their marriage which was happy during the time when Eve obeyed her husband. The family was getting into the crisis on the day when Eve yielded to disobedience and took and ate the forbidden fruit.
Jesus has given us a fine example of humility. When living here He didn't seek to please himself (John.5:30), but He submitted to his Father's will in everything. "He humbled himself and became obedient to death - even death on a cross! Therefore God exalted Him to the highest place and gave Him the name that is above every name." Phil.2:8-9 A wife has a good opportunity to get more worthy by being submitted to her husband. Man has his own opportunity where he can follow the example of Jesus. "Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her." Ef.5:25 Husband's part is to bear the responsibility for his wife.
But what did Adam? He didn't give himself up for his wife, because he didn't know the grace of Christ. When God came to rebuke Adam this accused Eve and indirectly also God when he said: "The woman you put here with me - she gave me some fruit from the tree, and I ate it." 1Gen.3:12 The poor fellow, he didn't even take his own responsibility much less the responsibility for his wife.
If Adam would have had the mind of Jesus, he would have answered with words like these: "I have broken your command when I ate the fruit that you forbade. Also my wife ate, but I alone am guilty, for it was me to whom you said that I will die, if I eat from that tree. Do not give the death penalty to Eve, because she heard the command from me and not from you. Only I earn to be sentenced to death. Let Eve live." God expects this masculine firmness as well from men as from women: "We must obey God rather than men!" Acts 5:29
In practice we are unequal in many matters, and it is not dangerous. But it is fateful, if we aim at valuation that doesn't belong to our part.
It is very unhappy, if we reject our possibility to get the position as God's child in Jesus Christ and therefore we will be thrown away as worthless into the fire of hell. "But those who are considered worthy of taking part in that age and in the resurrection from the dead will neither marry nor be given in marriage, and they can no longer die; for they are like the angels. They are God's children, since they are children of the resurrection." Luke 20:35-36

The real elections
Power on earth doesn't belong to people, but to God! He is the King as a matter of course, for He is Creator of the earth. He does to earth and to people, what He wants. The mankind has made the majority decision to select Devil to the president of the world. Hearts are the polling booths, where power has been given to evil. Many swearwords vote for Devil every day.
It is thought in democracy that majority decisions must be made. God wants that we are unanimous in good decisions. Because the whole world is under the control of the evil one, the will of God has not happened on earth.
The voting in political elections has not the real power. You only show your subjection to a party. The voting in heart selections has the real effect. The political parties are a part of the evilness of man. The partiality and the factionalism are sins. "The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: ..., factions,..." (Gal.5:20) The word "faction" or "denomination" is used in the religious meaning, but they are synonyms with the word "party". The original word in the Bible is the Greek word "hairesis" (= party, sect, heresy, selecting). Everyone can notice the spirit of heresy to be also in the political life.
The virtue corresponding to faction is impartiality or non-party or you engage yourself to good things though you are left alone. God bless everyone who pursues good things! In the polling booth of heart can be voted for Jesus and are surrendered to his ruling. The confession of this dependence must be voted also by mouth. "That if you confess with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord', and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Rom.10:9
